The Restaurant
Brendan was unique among the celebrity Head Chefs in The
Restaurant as he trained as a cordon bleu chef in Switzerland.
But it had been fifteen years since he last set foot in a
professional kitchen. 
Brendan loves to cook at home and thinks nothing of whipping
up a pasta and peanut butter dish for his kids or a full meal
for 120 of his closest friends.
Brendan reckons that cooking is very like performing on
stage. The audience, or diners, expect to be well entertained
and if they don't like what you're doing they'll let you know
their feelings in no uncertain terms!
As a chef Brendan's motto is "The customer may not always be
right, but the customer is always the customer".
